Youth in action have now given a special attention to the needs of young women who are involved in prostitution just because they have no any other means of earning a living, these young women are not educated or have skills to allow them get jobs, some of them are
orphans they really have no one to take care of them that is why they are getting into this risky business. We want to help them have better life.

We have therefore started a new project to help the girls who are involved in prostitution, we have registered 84 of them.

We are helping these girls get to the normal life by offering vocational training and also will put them in groups of five and help them start  income generating activities.

We are training them in Tailoring, embroidery, making batiks & tie-die. We also offer training in poultry keeping.

We decided to help these girls because they are at high risk of becoming HIV/AIDS victims because the life they live can directly lead to the infection.
